Role Description

This is a on-site (OSI) role for English/Spanish interpreters located in San Antonio, TX. You will be responsible for providing interpretation services between English and Spanish, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate communication. You will collaborate with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication in various settings. You will also maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages
• Proven experience as an interpreter.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances. Preferably in medical and social field.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly understand and convey complex information accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in language services
• Availability to work flexible
  

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience in On-Site-Interpretation (OSI) is advantageous.
• HIPAA Compliance
