Job Description Job Description Little Sprouts Early Child Care Education is seeking a highly organized, knowledgeable, and motivated Education Coordinator/Administrator to support our centers with curriculum implementation, teacher coaching, compliance, and high-quality program standards. This role is essential to maintaining our Step Up To Quality standards and ensuring every classroom meets educational and licensing expectations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily educational operations across assigned classrooms (Infant, Toddler, Pre-K). • Ensure full compliance with Ohio Department of Job & Family Services (ODJFS) regulations and Step Up To Quality standards. • Support teachers with Creative Curriculum lesson planning, activity preparation, and alignment with Ohio ELDS. • Conduct classroom walkthroughs, observations, and provide coaching to improve teaching practices. • Monitor and assist with TSG assessments, screenings (ASQ-3, Brigance), and documentation completion. • Maintain communication with administrators, managers, and families as needed. • Review educational materials, supply requests, and ensure classroom environments meet high-quality standards. • Support new employee onboarding and training for curriculum, ratios, supervision, and compliance. • Manage educational timelines including portfolios, assessments, checkpoints, and curriculum deadlines. • Maintain records and ensure all staff follow center policies, procedures, and safety rules Company Description Little Sprouts Early Child Care Education provides high-quality, nurturing care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
