The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company. We were established 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing and Postmark.

The Dynamics NAV Developer is required to analyze, develop, and implement business processes and functional specifications provided by business users & ERP team to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the back-office operation at The Duckhorn Portfolio. These solutions will have significant impact on the associated processes and in most cases will be highly visible to end users and Executives. The ERP Developer automates manual business processes using a combination of software, custom programming, and integration between existing systems.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Serve as programmer/analyst for all Dynamics ERP implementations and migrations away from legacy ERPs.
•  Ensure NAV Solutions functionality supports business requirements while building performance focused code.
•  Collaborate with design and development team including the Business Analyst, NAV Functional Analysts, NAV Developers, NAV Systems Engineers, and other stakeholders.
•  Implement, enhance, and test ERP systems and applications to meet dynamic business needs.
•  Document the processes, design, and development.
•  Incorporate software development standards.
•  Provide on-going support of existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central system and troubleshoot incidents.
•  Participate in future technology upgrades.
•  Continuously learn and adapt to new technology requirements.

What you will need:
•  Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.
•  4 years’ experience with C# .Net Development required.
•  3-5 years of Dynamics NAV Development experience.
•  A solid understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Warehouse Management and Finance concepts are a must.
•  Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
•  Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a team-first attitude.
•  Open-minded to new technology.
•  Appreciation for fine wine a plus!
