Location: New York

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $17.00 To $21.00 per hour

Job Summary
As a Drug Screen Collector at Nao Medical, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all drug and alcohol screenings are performed accurately and efficiently. Your work will contribute directly to maintaining the integrity of our health and safety programs, while supporting a healthy and professional environment for our patients and staff. You will follow established protocols and provide excellent service to individuals undergoing testing, all while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and regulatory standards.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct urine, breath, and hair drug screens in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and ensure all samples are properly labeled, stored, and transported.
  • Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of test results in line with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and answering questions about the testing process.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of supplies and materials required for testing.
  • Manage test result records, ensuring they are entered into the appropriate systems accurately and on time.
  • Handle any administrative tasks related to testing procedures, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Provide assistance to team members and supervisors as necessary.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest drug testing protocols and changes in regulations.
Job RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Certification in drug testing is required.

  • Knowledge of federal and state drug testing laws and regulations is a plus.

Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends or evenings if needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling and documenting drug screens.

  • Ability to work with people in a respectful, compassionate manner while maintaining professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
