Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $77.60 - $84.00

This facility is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
• Types of Cases: All Ages Prescribing Accutane, Warts, Keloids, Mix on consults, routines, and follow ups. Will do minor procedures such as removals and stitching.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Health Connect Kaiser Permanentes version of EPIC.
• Certifications Required: Active Board Certification is required.
• Licensure Required: Active Oregon state License is required.
