Job Description

Home Guard Pest Control is looking to expand its Creepy Customer Service Representative Team! We are looking for a Customer Service Rep.

Primary Duties:

• Assist potential customers with setting up new services or inspections.
• Assist our customers, sales & service departments with scheduling, billing, and customer concerns.
• Offer support to our service and sales team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills are a must! You will communicate by phone, email, web chat, and text messaging.
• Experience with answering multi-phone lines is also a plus.
• Attention to detail is very important.
• A solution-oriented employee!
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Will need the candidate to take the Branch 2 Field Representative test and become licensed through the State of California - Structural Pest Control Board within the first 60 days of employment. We will offer study material.
• Hours will be 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays 8 am-12 pm.
