Our company-trained, full-time crews reside within the very communities where they carry out their construction work, supported by our company headquarters in the Lynnwood, Washington area. This collaborative effort ensures that we fulfill all of our customers' needs at every stage, starting from design and permitting to financing, construction, and final inspection.

We have successfully undertaken the design and construction of over 21,000 buildings in Washington State alone.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Manage the flow of projects through the company from intake to completion
• Perform customer billings
• Create change orders for customers and sends for signature
• Maintain aged receivables
• Help obtain financing for customers (3rd party and in-house financing)
• Handle all customer issues pertaining to the contract, including but not limited to billing issues, cancellation requests, cancellations, and collections
• Communicate with outside counsel, Better Business Bureau, and 3rd party collection agencies in an effort to resolve contract disputes not able to be resolved in-house
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Bachelors degree in business is preferred
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Adobe (knowledge of Sage 300 CRE is a plus)
• Must be able to review your own work for accuracy
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
