Job Duties Must be willing to work in confined spaces and trenches Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job Travel to the customer's home to install the job Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Use heavy power tools and hand tools at the job site Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods Most work in a moderate pace to ensure efficiency and quality When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction Job Requirements Construction experience is preferred but not required Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage preferred.
