The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + Six months previous CNA experience preferred + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English + Basic computer skills + Previous customer service experience preferred + High School diploma or GED required + Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required + State registered CNA license required + Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) **Where You'll Work** At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness. Penrose Hospital serves as the anchor hospital of Penrose-St. Francis Health Services with 300-licensed beds and the ability to provide tertiary (high tech) medical-surgical services with an emphasis on elective and outpatient care. Established in 1890, Penrose Hospital has grown to become a major health treatment and referral center, specializing in cancer care, cardiac care, emergency trauma care and physical rehabilitation. **Pay Range** $18.00 - $25.25 /hour We are an equal opportunity employer.
