Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Production Support Specialist / UAT Lead (Gen AI Focus) to join their team. As a Production Support Specialist / UAT Lead, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Application Support and QA Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Support Specialist / UAT Lead (Gen AI Focus)
Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Charlotte, NC or Remote for the right candidate)
Pay Range: $65–$75/hr (W2)
Lead UAT planning and execution for complex banking applications.
Provide Level 2/3 production support, ensuring system uptime and issue resolution.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on Gen AI implementation and integration.
Monitor system and Gen AI model performance, including incident management.
Create and maintain runbooks, support documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
7–10+ years of experience in production support, QA, or UAT leadership in financial services.
Proven expertise with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering).
Strong experience in defect management and incident response.
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Splunk, and monitoring systems.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
