This is NOT an inbound customer service representative position.
The Position: Cultivate new opportunities by making outbound/ cold calls to schools to set appointments for demos and quotes for the Regional Business Manager, who sells innovative dry erase products mainly to the education market.
- Partnering with Regional Business Manager to grow sales territory
- Using Google Maps and Google Calendar to coordinate appointments that are set
- Responsible for customer follow-up to close sales
- Updating customer records as needed
- Maintain customer information in database
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year outbound call center
- Cold call experience (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Google Calendar, and CRM software, such as Act or Sage, and be able to navigate the internet and Google Maps with ease
- Ability to make high volume of outbound B2B calls daily
- Be able to persuade and influence as well as overcome objections
- Live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
