Smart City is a human-centered apartment locating service that saves renters time and money when searching for a new place to live. Our Marketing team generates qualified leads, aka our clients. You will manage the client relationship and chat with clients to get to know what theyre looking for. Then youll send a personalized list of apartment options, set up tours, and help your clients lease their dream apartment! The client pays their rent, the apartment complex pays Smart City, and Smart City pays you! Win-win-win!
* Manage the client relationship from lead to lease
* Chat with clients via text, phone, and email
* Put together a list of available units
* Work directly with property partners, schedule and attend tours
* Earn commissions on every apartment you lease!
****Lets talk commissions:****
You can earn $80-100k per year (assuming you put in a full-time effort, which we say is about 10-14 leases per month depending on the city you are in!)
****Realistic commissions for top-performers:** $120k+**
