Job Description
Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded person, great attitude, reliable with exceptional people skills and a minimum of 2+ years of injecting experience. (Laser experience a plus)
The experienced Nurse Injector is responsible for all aspects of patient care and will include taking medical histories, performing skincare assessment, and completing injectable appointments (including but not limited to: Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Versa, Boletero, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, RHA, PDO threads and more.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of current patient care techniques/trends in skincare and injectables.
Knowledge of IPL and Laser Hair Removal machines are a big plus but will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have immaculate customer service skills, ability to sell and upsell procedures and products.
Knowledge of placing and removing an IV is a big plus
Monitors inventory levels of injectables; Alerts staff to ordering needs immediately.
Follows all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be comfortable to be able to Identify, create and properly document client regimen plan based on their individual needs.
Have some availability if needed for same day appointments.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Minimum One (2) year injecting experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery setting
REQUIRED.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Valid Arizona State License ( RN, PA, or N.P.) and current BLS or CPR certification.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Includes office and patient care rooms with the potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals and bloodborne pathogens. Adherence to universal precautions is mandatory.
