Job Description
We are looking for an Energy Manufacturing Engineer (F/H) who will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of manufacturing competence in various energy industries (electrical, hydrogen or gas).
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Manage an industrial project : value stream mapping, define the scheme of production, project management (cost, delay, site location, partnership…), industrial transfer management.
• Industrial method / Industrial process engineering : define the production line process, define the requirements of production tools/machines, write the operation instructions.
• Develop the means of production : design the jigs & tools, develop & programming of machines (ex: CNC), test bench engineering, integration of digital mock-up (virtual factory)…
• Run and optimize the industrial operations : preparation of production, production/retrofit/maintenance planning, chrono-analysis, workload balancing, quality acceptance…
• Lean manufacturing consulting : continuous improvement of process/tool, like “Just in time”.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Fluent English speaker (B2-C1 level required)
• Strong Engineering & technical background (3-4 years of working knowledge and experience in manufacturing)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and team spirit
• Results-oriented
• Rigorous, organised, agile and adaptable
