Position Overview:

KaufmanIT is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This entry-level position involves a range of administrative tasks that are essential to our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Management:
    • Review and categorize incoming emails.
    • Respond to routine inquiries and direct relevant communications to appropriate personnel.
  2. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
    • Prepare and organize documentation as required by the Service Manager.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of assets for clients within our organization.
    • Coordinate with clients regarding additional asset needs
    • Coordinate with outside vendors for equipment and account coordination
  4. Collaboration with Service Manager:
    • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the efficient operation of services.
    • Assist in tracking service requests and maintaining records.
    • Review potential applicants for open positions and schedule interviews.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in administration or IT is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
