2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am with an additional shift premium!

Summary : Responsible for loading materials into machines for production, adjusting machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Set-up of the machine, which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform component set-up with feeder loading and changing.
• Operate machine with an understanding of how to replenish supplies and components.
• General machine cleaning and upkeep per the Standard Operating Procedures including adjusting machine for optimum performance.
• Perform some troubleshooting and repairs for normal functioning.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Basic computer skills.
• Must have the ability to move through work stations and stand for shift.
• Ability to add and multiply.

Physical Demands: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by Team Member to successfully perform of the essential functions of this job.

Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Constantly stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, talk, hear, do repetitive motions 90-100% of the time; frequently balance, finger items 60-90% of the time; Occasionally climb and push objects 30-60%; Rarely crouch, grasp 0-30% of the time.

Visual Acuity: The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities for operation of machines, including visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions.

Work Environment: The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient noise level, hazards from moving mechanical parts.
