HR Data Analytics Internship

Are you passionate about people data and turning insights into action? Our HR Data Analytics Internship gives you hands-on experience building dashboards, analyzing trends, and improving data quality that powers strategic HR decisions. As an intern, you'll partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Partners to explore workforce, recruiting, and engagement datatranslating numbers into clear, compelling stories for leaders. You'll learn the analytics toolkit (Excel/SQL/BI), the HR data landscape (HRIS/ATS), and the practices that keep employee data accurate, secure, and useful. Interested? Apply today!

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and/or present written, oral, and electronic proposals to management staff.
• Develop instructional material by identifying gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitudes of employees and analyzing learning needs.
• Participate in a variety of professional development activities providing practical experience in the application of development skills toward the solution of business problems.
• Participate in project work, including on-boarding; develop procedures, perform financial, operational, or business analysis, or develop/evaluate performance measures.
• Compile learning metrics; assist in forecasting training activity.

What you need:

• Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 18 years of age or older.

What we desire:

• Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma).
